Equivalents
Measuring equivalents and other aids to estimating quantities needed.
These tend to come in handy when you have a recipe that requires
something like 40 cups of flour and you don't know if you need a
5-pound or 10-pound bag. They're only estimates, remember to buy
about 10% extra just in case.
