She has received the Dobson Certificate at Alpha Gamma Gamma in 1989. She has also been awarded the Section 84 DSK in 1992, the Gamma Pi Chapter DSK in 1998 and the National DSK on December 30, 2000.
At the 2000 National Convention in Philadelphia, PA she was elected as the National Leadership Development Director which she held until December 30, 2004 when she became the National Marketing Director.
